I think, if someone is shortening, this is because of the expectation of RS and assuming, price will go down after the RS, then cover.
Dilution, from financial point of view, is to issue more shares, there is no such thing because the Company has almost all its shares outstanding. Insider can be selling but who are the insiders (Albert). The more he sells, he has nothing left in the Company, Steirwave will be the biggest shareholder and will control the Company which is better for us. I think the rest of the shareholders hold preferred stock. One thing, if the additional shares were issued to satisfy the outstanding debts, guess what, we are sitting on a fortune. The Company will have a non-cash gain of few millions, no more debt, there is no bankruptcy threat, and there is great technology that once it started operation, it will be marketing itself without any efforts.
