doog I have the product and have used it many times. Great if used properly.
I remember looking at many of scups videos and I think part of his procedure was to use undiluted and work it in to the stain.
Then water spray.
I have tried using it diluted at first and noticed not diluting works better.
My point is would WC work as well if it was diluted when it is bought?
Use WC right and it's great.
Use WC incorrectly and results may not be as good as one hopes for.
