I agree with your point, as it applies to most pennies, but if the growing expectations are based on legitimate break-throughs and concret results-thats a different situation. Name me some pennies that did FORWARD splits when KBLB did, instead of the BOGUS RS's at 100 for 1 that usually occurs when they are just empty shells, with no real ideas or prospects.
