Divide by 75 Billion. I believe the O/S to be closer to 75 Billion and certainly much higher than 50 Billion. Dividing by 9 billion is a useless excercise.

I also think this buy back scheme is just a way to prepare investors for a Reverse Split under the guise that "our financial experts believe this to be the best route for our company at this critical time in its development".
