CONFIRMED...I just spoke with Henry and he said that unless they have a category 4 hurricane blow in today, THE DEAL CLOSING TODAY IS IMMINENT. They have a board meeting today to sign everything off and he did say Tuesday would be the best time to announce.

He picked up right away and it took me 30 sec to get these answers. Don't take my word or the other poster who called. Call for yourself. It is only 30 sec of you life. Just ask him 2 questions like I did.
