GM I just spoke with Mr Fong he is quite the gentleman. He says the deal is closing today. He said this Friday's not a good day to put out news as we're going into a holiday weekend. We should look for the news on Tues. I asked about share structure and he said "80/20 but of course their shares are locked up for quite some time" He talked about what a great company how they are competing with some of the best names out there but at such a lower cost. He asked me where I was from and how I got involved in this stock... Nice guy
