1. Aqualiv was a private Company.
2. They merged with IFRS as the only Company to be able to sell shares on the OTCBB.
3. They are currently not diluting. (according to Veterantrader.)
4. They sold some shares they created at the beginning in order to generate money to do some things they wanted
5.There are some shares being sold possibly being held by the 'investors' or Gary Ball.
