Response from Gary at IR to our questions: (First part)

Hi Gary,

Over the past few days, our ihub board has compiled a group of questions for you. :)

1. From CDL Gold -

If this is not too late, could you ask Gary about
the latest update on drill results if any on Kidd Creek? The geologist that analyzes Kidd Creek also does Destor and he finished that a few weeks ago. So, he is now concentrating on Kidd Creek along with all the other projects he works on. I keep asking Chris to give him an incentive to get it done. I must be done before planning occurs for the winter drilling so at the latest it will be another two months, but hopefully earlier.

- If EXS needed cash, why did you put so many shares
25,000,000 on PP.Couldn't you have offered half that many shares
so that the SP wouldn't have been as diluted? $5,0000,000
should have been enough to build ounces before the N43-101
took place.

-Is it possible this deal with PP does not go through
if we get a JV or great estimate from the N43-101 before it takes place,so that SP won 't be as diluted?

The PP is an "up to $10 million" - so it is possible that it will not be completed. The CEO and Board decided the amount and I know part of the decision was to ensure that we got funds and institutions interested in EXS.

2. From Joe - After one of the releases I wondered what he (CD) was trying to tell us with this bolded statement. Did you ever get a response on this?
As previously stated in press release dated May 11, 2011, the intersection in Hole #11-46 (8.12 g/tonne over 15.3 m) is 80 meters west of the mineralization in Hole #11-45 (8.05 g/tonne over 6.5 m) and 100 meters down dip of the intersection in Hole #10-30 (9.22 g/tonne over 11.0 m). The wedges that have been drilled to date have confirmed the continuity of the grade and mineralization. What we observe is an emerging high grade gold zone that is increasing in width as it goes to depth. To the west of the current intersections, there remains 1.0 kilometre of untested strike length to the Lake Shore Property boundary.
Chris is trying to say that the model shows that the deeper the drilling goes the more resource there is. Also, separately that there are almost 2 kilometers of tested area which have gold in the holes we have drilled. But there is another kilometer to the west of our western-most hole which has not been drilled and that kilometer ends on the Lakeshore boundary. Also, but not mentioned - there is another kilometer to the east of the 2 kilometer strike zone where we have not drilled that also could yield positive drill results, but that is unknown. He is just identifying how much more property there is to drill.
