Reasonable thought process. My issue is pretty simple.

You meet commitments. In business, your word is all you have. You don't put deadlines unless you intend to meet them. This is the second time in 4 months he has missed the date.

If you set a date, you hit the date or tell people you won't and why. No communication on the miss is an issue for me.

Surg is a good company with real products and real revenue. They want the shell to go public cheaply. Not an issue.

Issue is Fong missed againn and we are sitting waiting while everyone on this board is hyping the hell out it. You lose your own credibility doing that.

Let the chips fall where they may and wait for Fong to get off his butt and tell us what is going on.

All this specualtion is just drivel.
