i don't blame them for shutting everything down while litigating all that BS! i wouldn't want to turn a lick just in case i lost IMHO.
and besides that NEW drilled well on the lennox lease is a horizontal that was to be a steam injection well i believe and it would have started heating that formation over there that was found to be a LOT thicker than the 2 zones at hunsucker, (200 ft thick for the upper and 500 ft thick in the lower @hunsucker)

i don't really know how thick lennox was until i look at my notes later.
