The CEO buying shares on the open market here is a huge green flag to me. I loaded up in the .03-.04 range, and I only wish I had bought a few more. If the state comes through with some big news, this could be a moonshot from here.

I'm cautiously optimistic right now, but things are looking GOOD in NSOL! :)
