For better or worse, Megas has always gone on the advice of lawyers. One can assume they have advised him otherwise

that's absurd. why megas has never set foot in a court room to resolve the dtcc "chill" is key. imo people that gave money over to the "fund" probably did so hoping it would be used for litigation of some sort. as it stands megas looks like he aided in taking peoples money for no good reason. to say flippantly that one has to "assume" something core to this 6 year dog and pony show proves this is shady.imo
