North Bay Resources announces first gold concentrate sale from Fran Gold Project

North Bay Resources CEO Jared Lazerson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news of the company’s first successful gold concentrate sale from a test shipment processed at the Bishop Gold Mill, using ore from the Fran Gold Project. Lazerson confirmed that final acceptance and settlement have been completed, with all refinery requirements met, and assay comparisons for gold, silver, and moisture content agreed upon. The test concentrate represents approximately 10 tons of gross ore, processed through the gravity-only circuit. Lazerson noted this marks an important milestone in the early phase of operations. The flotation circuit, which is expected to significantly enhance recovery rates, is set to come online this month. The company currently has another test shipment in process and has completed a third concentrate shipment, further validating operational momentum. The most recent sale netted approximately $400 per ton, based solely on gravity recovery. However, with further optimization and the integration of the flotation circuit, recoveries are projected to double, potentially reaching over 90% total recovery. This would raise the value per ton to around $800, significantly improving project economics. North Bay Resources currently has 75 tons of ore stockpiled at the Bishop Gold Mill, which will be processed as part of continued optimization and ramp-up. Additionally, there are approximately 5,000 tons of ore stockpiled at the project site, positioning the company for a steady flow of future shipments as operations scale. The CEO also discussed the reinterpretation of 15 years of historical drilling data—104 holes covering 18,000 metres—which has revealed the potential for a bulk tonnage deposit. Data security: archTIS lands key licensing deal

archTIS Ltd CEO and Managing Director Daniel Lai talked with Proactive about a newly signed $390,000 licensing agreement with a major Japanese multinational. The deal builds on archTIS’s acquisition of Direktiv and its integration of advanced cybersecurity technology into its Trusted Data Integration platform. Lai explained that the licensing agreement enables the Japanese company—an asset services provider with operations valued at $12.5 billion—to introduce new data-centric security services into the Japanese market. “This is just another example of that occurring, which is really exciting for the company,” Lai said, referring to archTIS’s broader international expansion strategy. Tamboran Resources boosts NT gas supply with Arafura deal

Tamboran Resources Ltd CEO Joel Riddle talked with Proactive about the company's newly signed letter of intent (LOI) with Arafura Resources Ltd to supply gas from the Beetaloo Basin. Riddle explained that both companies are based in the Northern Territory, and the agreement supports local strategic projects by providing 25 terajoules (TJs) per day to Arafura's critical minerals project. The agreement aligns with Tamboran’s strategy of prioritising Northern Territory gas use. “We’re a Northern Territory company. We’ve been focused on appraising the Beetaloo Basin now for all 12 years I’ve been in my job,” Riddle said, highlighting the company’s long-term commitment to the region. Riddle also pointed out the environmental edge of Beetaloo Basin gas, which has a CO2 content of about 3%, significantly lower than the 15–20% typically found in other Australian basins. He said supplying this low-carbon gas to the East Coast would help reduce emissions by displacing higher-carbon alternatives. Discussing supply capacity, Riddle compared the Beetaloo to the Marcellus Shale in the US, noting it could provide enough gas to support the East Coast for “hundreds of years”. Tamboran plans to bring 40 TJs per day online in the first half of next year under an existing 15-year agreement with the NT Government. The Arafura deal will add a further 25 TJs daily. Riddle said work is underway with pipeline partner APA to ensure infrastructure capacity. The company aims to finalise a binding gas sales agreement with Arafura soon. St George Mining unveils major JORC resource

St George Mining Ltd executive chairman John Prineas talked with Proactive about the company's newly announced maiden JORC resource, which he says could be among the world’s most significant niobium and rare earth deposits. Prineas said the deposit features over 500 intercepts of high-grade mineralisation and boasts a rare combination of high grades and shallow mineralisation starting at surface, supporting an open pit development. “We think, possibly the second highest niobium deposit in terms of grade and, probably one of the highest rare earth deposits,” he told Proactive. He confirmed the company has already seen interest from industry players, with some expressing interest in potential partnerships and even mergers. The resource was released following St George’s acquisition of the project in late February, and the company has committed to a drill program starting in the coming weeks. According to Prineas, this program could potentially double the existing resource. In Brazil, St George has assembled an experienced in-country team and engaged a global EPC contractor to progress mine development.
