Regarding the who, I'm waiting to hear the specifics before I release the name if at all. I don't need a bunch of peeps hounding this guy until I know more. If perchance we get investors together to form a majority that name will be released in a PM.

I reached out to him on another request and shared my frustrations on RNWF on a side note. He specializes in R/M's and offered to help.

Whatever advice he gives us I will post immediately.

At the very least I'm hoping he can help provide knowledge on how to handle this situation.
