Read my posts again, slowly.

The posts clearly say that BUGS does not own GMND but that they share some of the same management. That means exactly that. They do not contradict each other and I am not talking out of the side of my mouth.

BUGS at one time had an equity interest in GMND. Whatever Bob did was actually for the benefit to GMND shareholders as now when GMND produces income from this oil terminal the shareholders of GMND will totaly benefit from it all. I am sure that Bob has equity interest in GMND and so that way he will benefit. He will benefit from any income as well.

EMXC on the other hand owns stock in GMND and will directly benefit for the price of GMND going up.
