A Letter of Intent as PR'd by HLNT refers to a future event. In this case a Joint Venture Agreement between HLNT and Dongfeng.

The second PR is about a Joint Venture that was signed. Not by HLNT but likely by Madami Int that holds certain rights and is the Chinese connection for HLNT. HLNT has not entered any Joint Venture with Dongfeng to date as PR'd. If you think different please provide a document from HLNT that is signed and states HLNT and Dongfeng have a Joint Venture Agreement in place and for what. Also have HLNT publish that agreement.

You can believe anythin ya want. I'm telling ya you won't get those docs even though they'd be very good PR for HLNT and it's shareholders. You are fallin for the common used "infer this and infer that" PR tactic that has it's outs when those like me find out that which was inferred was not true. If you can't see that in those PR's you are simply not wantin to see it or want to believe otherwise. In court no one could claim that HLNT said it entered a Joint Venture with Dongfeng and win that argument. It has never been stated by HLNT trhat they have entered a Joint Venture Agreement with Dongfeng. That's the facts. It only states that one was entered but not by whom. So prove me wrong by getting the proof from the company. I'll help you draft the letter if you'd like.
