Big Bear Mining Corp (OTCBB: BGBR), a U.S.-based company focused on the acquisition and development of gold and other precious metal projects, announced today that it has received the commitment of Southern Legacy Minerals, Inc., a privately held exploration company, to make an equity investment into the Company of $300,000. Southern Legacy will be granted three seats on the board of directors of the Company in conjunction with the investment.
