I have always had stock in this tanker. Sold a bunch in the mid .03s when most on the board telling me what a dumb move that was. I think not. I bought a bunch in the high double zeros to average down. Not a good follow-through today so far anyway. Seems to always go RED when a PR is issued. This PR nice update but nothing to get real excited about imo. Thus the slow trading RED day so far.
