With over $20 million in cash, I would love to see CSGH make an acquisition, of one of the many undervalued Chinese stocks that is in a sector that would complement CSGH's product lines.

For example, New Energy Systems (NEWN) has a market capitalization of just $33 million and Highpower International (HPJ) has a current market cap of only $23 million.

Either company would be a great fit with the battery raw materials that CSGH makes, and I believe would be synergistic and immediately accretive to earnings.

There are probably many other smaller companies available that are not well known here, because they may not be publicly listed, but with all the activity in China related to batteries, there must be lots of great acquisition targets.

We do know that a year and a half ago, CSGH had plans to buy a Lithium mine in Africa, which it called off, and that it also arranged some financing last year at about this time, presumably for an acquisition, that never happened. With all the cash on hand, and with the economy relatively weak, they should make a move to expand now, and grow their business by acquisition.
