I disagree,



I think the promotion had exactly the effect that they needed/were looking for. They raised the cash they needed by diluting (this wasn't just convertible notes), now they need to put it to good use. We can't confirm the dilution until the next set of financials come out.

I was able to flip it and buy back in (twice), so I'm sitting on a bunch of free shares. Let's wait and see.
