Yes, I understand. jao is the one that needs to read the document. He was referring to the issue ratio.

By the way, I would be careful. If the PPS does indeed follow this metric(which it really doesn't have to) I feel we will see the Class A PPS pushing down the Class B instead of the Class B holding up the Class A.

Don't argue with idiots. They just drag you down to their level and beat you with home court advantage.
