"The Bart gang hasn't been working for free these past 5 yrs".

Seems that small detail has been either overlooked or forgotten is this debacle. Whose paid Bart and company salaries these past years? Hard to believe that this final payment will be absorbed entirely back into the company? There is nothing "PROMISSORY" in nature about receiving final payment for their part in the Berlin project. Maybe they will stop hiding behind their attorneys and be allowed to confirm a final payment has been made and what will be done with the money? Not holding my breath for that to happen. I can understand the silence on forward looking statements, however confirmation of "factual, verifiable" events in another story entirely!
