(OTCQB:PVSP) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, VoX Communications, a leading provider of wholesale Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) cloud-based telephony solutions, has signed an agreement with NeoMagic Corporation (NMGC.PK) to offer VoX Communications' digital phone and video service.
