It is my opinion that we could see a PR shortly after September first. If they do announce any kind of forward split, it would be after the Sept. 1 date that was mention in the filing. You need to be a share holder as of Sept. 1 to vote at the September 30th meeting, so I suspect that they will give those shareholders some addition informaiton via a PR prior to the meeting.

The 10-Q is also due in a few weeks.
