that was taken care of a long time ago. all new upgrades regarding 8 inch was finished at least 2 years ago. we shot video documenting the whole upgrade from start to finish. drilling was halted because 8 wells had been done and the next step was to start drilling the SAGD steam injection wells. 8 wells to get ready for the next step in SADG was plenty to work with at that time and even present until the first SAGD well is drilled at hunsucker. there were a lot of things needed to be done before the SAGD steam injection wells can be brought into the equation and now all that has been taken care of it's time for the injection of steam from at least 1 horizontal steam injection well full time to test the SAGD engineering. while all this other work was being done the wells were continuously cycle steamed and flow tested to test the area of steam and heat penetration into the formation surrounding each wellbore and heated until each well made communication with each other. all this had taken place way before blystone left!
so i have been told the lawsuit brought everything to a halt, and the lack of funding for the first SAGD steam injection well to be drilled isn't helping any.
