hi dan39, i plan to call officials wed and will continue until i get some answers regarding track.. i will post names and numbers of responses..questions will be direct and leave little room for ambiguity.. questions are: 1) is DR govt. actively pursuing hippodrome track bids for either buying or leasing? if not, is govt accepting unsolicited bids for consideration? 2) if so, when are the start and closing dates for bid submittals and can you provide any info for bid specifications? 3) can you explain govt. procedure in how the sale/lease of hippodrome track will occur and timeline involved in decision making process?-ie,news media publication notifying public that govt. taking track bids. 4)are you aware that cgaq has expressed an interest in track and have they submitted a lease/buy proposal?... i welcome any additional questions or feedback.. question responses should indicate direction of track situation. i don't think i should have a lot of trouble getting answers except for cgaq interest..
