You had a post (maybe it was deleted?) about the company not buying shares. I certainly do not think they are diluting, but, do you think Black and his employees could be buying shares? We already know from past PR's that Black purchased 25MM shares at .01/share. If I were Black and saw the share price of my company WAY below what I thought was a fair value, I would be trying to increase my stake with these basement level priced shares.
