Hi Emily, I think they'll go under too, just a matter of time. I wrote to the SEC again and to the OTC market and asked them kindly to keep the Caveat Emptor sign up for as long as possible on these guys. It's been months now since they've had any positive gain in PPS, but there's definitely been no considerable investment here that would reflect otherwise in the PPS. I think the company is diluting while they can so they have something more than nothing when the door swings on their way out.

There's no way this company is sustainable. The CEO talks so much garbage and then never ever follows through. I'm very glad that there are people here and on other boards constantly posting negative things about this company and pointing out how careless this company is. Certainly it will catch up to them as any potential angel investors or venture capital companies will have no desire to work with a bunch of scam artists or who have such public shareholder hatred.

If there are any competitors out there who need money, let me know, lol. Glad to invest in something legit vs. the Yaacov scam.
