At this point, if it is technically still trading, are we still shareholders in a shell company owned by Swift & co. ?That same company he supposedly owns shares in and had it's debt liability eliminated by bankruptcy. (I guess any money he paid at the auction went as final payment to the creditors?) If he has the same shares we do and he( they ) try to bring back some value to the stock, then how is this so bad? I'm playing devil's advocate, of course. Then again, he could restructure the shell. Although, then I would think his current shares would become worthless along with ours. Just asking....
