oh one more thing.. the filing shows sold in apr 2011 right? if the investor liquidated the shares it certainly hasnt done anything negative to the share price of any relevance as a matter of fact.

the share price has increased since the sale of those securities, if they were sold.

so just the same exact thing has happened.. convertible debenture followed by increased PPS.

as of april this year the stock has been under accumulation and is in an upward trend.. not much of one, but its certainly charting that pattern.

to say a spiral is or did happen here is falacy concerning those actions. its been quite the opposite.

at least thats what i see. i can listen to the dissent all day, but the facts point differently here.
