WHY SHOULD SHORTING BE OUTLAWED? IF YOU BUY A STOCK BECAUSE YOU THINK IT WILL GO UP, WHY CAN'T SOMEONE SHORT IT BECAUSE THEY THINK IT WILL GO DOWN? WITH ALL THE DERIVATIVES THAT ARE CREATED EVERY DAY TO MAKE THE ISSUERS MONEY, WHY SHOULDN'T INVESTORS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MONEY IF A STOCK GOES DOWN? DO YOU THINK THAT THIS COMPANY IS WORTH THE VALUATIONS THAT THEY WERE AT?
