Seriously? It says it "will" launch because that is the plan. They finish the product, they sign the contract, they launch the product.

What is with this word-smithing? If I say I will buy another 1MM shares tomorrow, doesn't that ALSO mean that I plan to buy another 1MM shares tomorrow?
