I presented that question twice today with no comments. If the offer was $.18 we should be trading at that or close to it. And the fact the buyout offer is coming from Global, the same folks who supposedly financed $3 million to NISC, that could make them partners in a crime. I don't trust anything pinkie CEO's say. I threw a few bucks here just in case it gets pumped. I should have sold when it popped to its high today, but missed it. If you jump in, be ready to jump out.
