Dan, for the first time is experiencing the true timeline of business, as soon as lawyers or multiple parties with independent agenda's get involved, the timeline multiples by a huge factor.

I expected all of these deals to take longer than Dan suggested.

Hopefully after this experience, Dan will give realistic time lines when speaking on the phone with investors.

A good rule of thumb is x 3... If you think the skiershop was going to close in a month tell investors 3 months.
