Good lawd, but this is exceptional. What the heck is this one doing down in the OTCBBs? Let's go, VSTA. Folks getting in now are definitely getting in at a bargain. I've gone through the scientific literature, and this one isn't even that much of a risk in terms of investment, IMHO.
