Good Afternoon Everyone. I just got off the phone with Brian at Mammoth Energy. In the next few days the Penson/Ameritrade issue will be addressed by the company. To be as concise as possible, when Ameritrade purchased Think or Swim, they adopted the policies Think or Swim had in place without modification. The issue that started this problem all stems from Joe Overcash and his group, his dealings, and the misrepresentations made on public message boards and elsewhere. While some seem to think the issue with Overcash first started in May - you are what I like to call wrong. Overcash was a problem for Mammoth Energy long before May and the filing of this lawsuit. Purchasing and selling MMTE shares through a full service broker should not be a problem for anyone. However, if the clearing house for your broker is Penson, you may wish to consider some other - that choice, as always, must be yours.

With this issue behind us, perhaps now the board can discuss the wonderous company developments that soon will make money for each and every one of us.
