FIRST bombard them with emails asking for explanation as to why they have delayed the financials for quoting in the PRs at least three times that they will post the financials soon.

Now " SOON" word has some limitations,the language would be well understood by SEC guys,then send emails to SEC to investigate as to why those PRs were issued were they to dump.

Just think for last 5 months this stock has never gone below that .06 levels and in those 5 months we must have had possible volume of say 10 mio shares now is that not dump,look their is never a strong bid support always ask is loaded what does that say.

I am not bashing just raising concerns before some one takes us for ride which normally happens in 80% of penny stocks
