This is a piss poor excuse for a reason why full disclosure is not being made to the public. I mean it was three days away before this "phantom" buyout offer.(Assuming this company has more employees than just B) You mean to tell me the finance team cannot still disclose these docs while the let's say engineering team works on the Microfill November Expo? Please. I was born at night....but not last night....
