Expansion Capital Financing in Korea Completed

iQ Power Asia Inc. announced the completion of a capital increase in the amount of USD 19 million. In
addition to institutional investors, some of the shareholders also took part in the capital increase, including
iQ Power AG whose share of iQ Power Asia Inc. remains unchanged at 32 percent. For this transaction
iQ Power took out a bullet loan in the amount of EUR 2,168,441 for a period of five years from its
Korean partner KG Power.
