MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 2005--
EZ2 Companies, Inc. (OTCBB:EZTO), today announced the closing of the purchase of Jet99. The closing of the deal took longer than expected due to the rapid growth of the Jet99 program.
Jet99 is a membership program where agents earn travel miles and cash rewards. In 2004 JET99 grossed over $500,000 in subscription fees, and now has members in over 128 countries. Turning travel into a rewarding experience, the Travel Club allows members to earn a ticket a year and cash to travel with. EZ2vacation.com will be merged to provide both companies' customers with a membership based travel and vacations packages and rewards program.
