Maybe this will be the catalyst for them to start covering. So why dont people naked short big board stocks instead? Why is this a otcbb issue? Is it more than NSS? Could be all the counterfeit paper certs going around. Maybe that is the issue? Some guy from Etrade told me that. Said thats why they arent accepting paper certs any more. This will eliminate the fake shares coming in.
