Just adding to the opinion mix here but I think Larry Liang getting promoted is a sign that LBSR is talking to at least one specific entity. Maybe trying to get the best deal out of that one or maybe fielding competing offers. Again, I think a signed deal is a function of price. There ARE serious negotiations. They are just trying to agree on the amount, percentages etc. That's my OO. (optimisitic opinion)
