Okay, that's your take. My take is that they don't put together an agreement with MLV containing an Annex B (Company Candidate List), then they further apply for and are granted a Confidential Treatment Order, have exclusive help from Roman Friedrich, just to be sitting around not having anyone in particular in mind. Let's get serious about the sequence of events unfolding here.
