As I said in my other post:

How ironic that we have an IR firm who supposedly works for us but will NOT do any buying until RM is announced.How is that different from any other day with no buying and the RUMOUR that RM is coming? Only signs of volume would indicate something was really happening here and once again we do not have that

Why would the IR company NOT be buying like crazy since RM WILL be announced before the 15th.It does not make sense.
