Not its all that it's cracked out to be. I used to be an Accredited Investor for this company. See the people like me who helped launch this company never were offered stock at a discount. In fact, we bought in at $1.50 per share (Before it went public). Then, as the losses added up, Troy came back to all of us, offering discounted stocks (not like he is now), but still in fact, discounted. Then he did it again and again (a total of 5 times with me actually). And stupid me, I agreed to "Average Down" every single time. Now where does that leave me? In the hole $35,000. He's a loser CEO, and has no clue how to jump start sales, marketing, or a sustainable business plan. We will watch this stock price bleed to death a slow, painful one.
