I am not twisting anything. I am looking at the obvious. Over the years I have read hundreds of resignation announcements both in public companies and government where the "official" reason was "personal reasons" but it was well known that other circumstances better not publicized were causal. Sass has made it abundantly clear here his frustration at not having his concerns and opinions considered meaningfully by MM. I know it feels better thinking his departure had nothing whatsoever to do with things like MM's outrageous self awarded salary but denial never made any investor money.
