I am not twisting anything. I am looking at the obvious. Over the years I have read hundreds of resignation announcements both in public companies and government where the "official" reason was "personal reasons" but it was well known that other circumstances better not publicized were causal. Sass has made it abundantly clear here his frustration at not having his concerns and opinions considered meaningfully by MM. I know it feels better thinking his departure had nothing whatsoever to do with things like MM's outrageous self awarded salary but denial never made any investor money.

Heck, you don't even have to read between the lines here... it's in the lines themselves.

As for being a director, the fact that I was not even permitted a preview of a filing speaks for itself.

I've done the best I can to effect change, yet at the end of the day, the only thing we can really change is ourselves.

there is no question that any company which does not deliver will be abandoned by partners who have done all they could to help them see the right way. Whether those partners are employees, corporate or individual investors or other stakeholders, it will happen.

Hope this helps you to understand my view. And when I do leave (all things come to an end), it will be kicking and screaming about the principles of honesty, transparency and integrity, which I hold dear, (having learned the hard way what happens when we don't deliver to those who have graced us with their investments).
