To become a long is just a decision at a given time. To stay long is a bit more different and has a lot to do with confidence and or the lack of it. For the moment, almost all of us are looking for just that. Therefore, it also depends a lot on the company, not so much on the individuals and their dd. So, imo they have to build this trust with continuous progress, and most of all by showing that the company executes on their promises and projections. We have almost nothing from these requirements here, so it´s understandable that we are demanding at least an open house policy. A PR at this moment is essential.
