All of these have to do with "moving" >

My thoughts....

1.) R/M's are sometimes, if not all of the time, formed from "clean shells". If these are the remaining and last items to clear-up, to make ASYTQ a fully clean shell, this Ch.11 case may be at its end, which could be very good news.

2.) Asyst Technologies, Inc. technically ceased all operations on September 2, 2009.....and this Friday will mark exactly 2-years from that date.,,,which is very interesting to me, as a lot of times you will find turning points for a stocks price, fall on anniversary dates.

3.)Short-Interest, for the most recent reporting period, had tripled from the previous report....which is considered very "Bullish". As with most stocks, an increase in short-interest is bullish, and for ASYTQ, this has proved to be the case several times over the last 2-years. The stock has staged a rally after these reports before, and I see no reason to expect anything less over the next week or two.

4.) ASYTQ has 0.36c in Cash Per Share Value, having $18M dollars under the protection of the BK Court. (This is arrived at, by dividing the $18M dollars by the 50M shares outstanding.)
Bare minimum, ASYTQ is worth 0.36c per share, and it is currently at only 0.006c Bid 0.0079c Ask. A lot of room for profit potential, with limited risk, on the upside for this stock.

5.) The Semi-conductor Sector is at a bottom here.
I suspect we will see a huge advance in the stock prices of companies in this group, and Crossing Automation will not want to miss out on this bottom, and a R/M makes perfect sense for them, since they have ASYTQ's assets, customer base, logo, building, IP, etc, and may have already purchased ( without having disclosed it), the shares of ASYTQ. If Crossing Automation is about to announce a R/M with ASYTQ, and at the same time, they report strong revenues, you're looking at a "shell", with only 50M S/O, and the share price it could fetch on such an announcement has many good possibilities!!!! Market Makers, along with the company directors, will set the opening price. If the revenues they report are strong, the Bid for ASYTQ could be HUGE !!!!
