Thanks for looking. A big management/board of directors battle occurred with GSPG...and it involved a possible death spiral financing deal that eventually was rejected.

I like it when insiders buy too.

I don't know everything about this co. yet.

Here's another co. I'm picking up shares in and I think they have much potential for pps appreciation: GETC. They just raised about $19 million buy selling around 120 million shares of their stock for 700,000 tons of coal (the coal is worth $36/ton...and they have a buyer). Very interesting way for a co. to finance itself. I strongly approve.
