An MMTE merger with a real company, like Rio Tinto, would be wonderful for the PPS. A mergers with a pseudo-company like MMTE itself would likely accomplish little. Indeed, until MMTE starts pulling lithium and potash out of the ground AND selling it on the open market, MMTE's future does not look good, IMHO.
